How much do I pay for freight?

For Australian and New Zealand customers your order will be sent free of freight charges, courtesy of SOO. International shipping will be only A$10.00.

International Shipping

Due to a strong and fast growing demand we are now shipping to the United States of America, Canada and Europe. International Shipping Charges are only A$10.00 from Australia right to your door via Australia Post Registered Mail. 

Shipping charges will be added automatically once your country is select on the payment page. Just make sure the international shipping button is checked.

How will my order be shipped?

Within Australia and New Zealand, SOO will mail your order discreetly and safely via Australia Post Parcel Service (Internationally via Australia Post Registered Mail). This will guarantee fast, and secure delivery. We use the discretionary billing name ‘BP Solutions’ which will appear as ‘the sender’ on your parcel along with our PO Box number.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will normally be shipped within 24-48 hours. If there is a delay we will promptly email you updated dispatch details.

Can I track my order?

Yes, within Australia and New Zealand. Once your item has been mailed we will issue a tracking number with which you can track your order online

Internationally, Australia Post uses an internally tracking number. Delivery is completed once a signature has been obtained from the recipient.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes to all Australian P.O. Boxes

Do I have to Register when I want to order?

No, you can check out as a Guest. The default checkout option is set to Guest Checkout. Simply click the Create Account field if you want to create an account for faster checkout next time.

How can I pay?

We currently accept Visa Card, Master Card, PayPal or direct deposit. We use PayPal as a payment gateway but you don’t have to have a PayPal account to shop with us. Simply use the “Pay with Credit Card” option once you are directed to the PayPal payment gateway and pay with your credit card.

Are my payment and personal details secure?

Our payment gateway is PayPal. We choose PayPal because it guaranties both privacy and security. PayPal vets its business account holders -us- and gives the customer –you – an easily assessable method to challenge irregularities. Hence, you can feel assured that your financial transactions are safe, secure and confidential.

What will it say on my credit card/bank statement?

You statements will show ‘BP Solutions’ and the purchase amount.

Can I return faulty items? Is there a warranty?

All items are checked by SOO before leaving the premises. However, if there is  a problem please refer to our guarantee/warranty page for more information.

How do I best care for my toys?

Can I use my product right away or will I have to assemble/purchase any parts?

You can use your toys right away. All harnesses are assembled. You only have to adjust it to your size and choose the right ring for your dildo. We also supply free batteries for vibrating toys where they have not been included by the manufacturer. So, when you receive your parcel – you are ready to go.

Do you protect my privacy?

Absolutely! Your Privacy is paramount to us. No information from our database will ever be either passed on or sold to a third party. SOO guarantees that your personal information and order details will only be used for the purpose of processing your purchase.
