We are located in Australia.

How will my order be shipped?

SOO will mail your order discreetly and securely via Australia Post. This guarantees fast and secure delivery. We use the discreet billing name "BP Solutions," which will appear as "the sender" on your parcel along with our address.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. If there is a delay, we will email you immediately with updated dispatch details.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your item has been mailed, we will issue a tracking number that you can track via Australia Post.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to all Australian P.O. Boxes. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to a wide range of selected countries.

How much do I pay for freight?

We offer free shipping within Australia. For international orders to selected countries, there is a freight charge of only A$15.

How can I pay?

You can pay with PayPal, ShopPay or Credit Card. If you live in Australia, you can also pay via direct deposit. 

Why do you use PayPal and ShopPay as your payment gateways?

PayPal and ShopPay are secure third-party payment options that guarantee your payment information stays secure. They also offer you, the buyer, a way to challenge any disputed transaction, adding to your secure buying experience.

What will appear on my credit card/bank statement?

Your statements will show "BP Solutions" and the purchase amount. 

Can I return faulty items?

Yes, we offer a warranty on our products. If you receive a faulty item, please refer to our guarantee/warranty page for more information on returns and the specific warranty period.

Can I use my harness right away or do I have to assemble it? 

All harnesses come fully assembled. You can use your harness right away with your favorite toy! Simply adjust it to your size and choose the appropriate ring for your toy.

Do you sell toys?

We don't currently sell dildos but stay tuned - they're a feature we're planning to add in the future!

Do you protect my privacy?

Absolutely, your privacy is our top priority. We guarantee that no information from our database will ever be shared or sold to third parties. SOO only uses your personal information and order details to process your purchase.
